Our incubator tools

The business coaching provided to members or invited users takes the project from a starting point to identified exit by using a large number the unique tools available on the Digital Platform. These tools support all the essential processes for reaching the project goal including but not limited to development plan, risk management, company structure, agreement templates, monetization, and commercialization.

The MC Incubator® digital tools, individually or packaged, are also provided to invited non-members that are assigned by an institutionally driven incubator, a science park, or accelerators.

IP Analyse

The technology is evaluated from a novelty and business perspective.

Development Plan

Takes the innovation to utilization by using actual regulatory standards and requirements valid for Life Science.

Competence evaluation

The current business competence of the startup team is evaluated to identify a competence plan to reach the project’s goal.

Execution Plan

Summaries technical development plan, financial plan and all other necessary activities taking the project to exit. Gives the user a complete control of the project.

Regulatory Evaluation

Provides a preliminary regulatory plan based on the project’s nature. The plan will be quite different if it’s a Digital Health Tech project or a Pharma project.

Business Concept Validation

The robustness of the business concept/idea is validated with potential end-users, purchasers, and market opinion leaders.

Financial Control

Develop a budget (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow prognosis) year 1-3 (or longer) and establish a financial control system with basic routines and selection of the auditor.

Staffing

Support the development of the startup organization. Establish job descriptions and other work routines.

Legal

Needs analysis and development of necessary contracts and agreements, for example, a shareholder’s agreement, employee contracts, consultant agreement, etc.

Capitalization Plan
